We cordially invite you to visit our traditional Advent market on the 1st weekend in Advent! Around 35 lovingly designed stalls offer a wide selection of culinary delights and handicrafts – such as sweet and savory treats, chestnuts, smoked meats, game from the region, hot and cold drinks, handicrafts, sewn and carved items, seasonal decorations and wood art. Regional artisans present nativity scenes and products made from alpaca wool in the sports hall and in the so-called “cowshed”.
Our students will be treating you in the courtyard, among other things, to delicacies such as Bosna, waffles, punch and mulled wine, as well as lovingly handmade crafts and pottery.
A special highlight is our raffle with attractive prizes, made possible thanks to the support of generous donors.
Under the motto “Children for Children” the proceeds from our stands go to charitable organisations.

Saturday | 28.11.2026
15:00 | Opening ceremony with the Traunwalchen brass band.
4:00 PM | Christmas music in the castle chapel.
17:00 | Music by the Ottinger wind players and St. Nicholas comes. Fairy tales every half hour in the music hall.
Sunday | 29.11.2026
2:00 PM | Christmas music in the castle chapel.
4:00 PM | The Kirchweidach brass band plays Christmas music.
18:30 | The Perchten are coming.
