On 17.05.2025, our school organized a trip to Kufstein. We traveled there together by bus in the morning. After arriving, we were allowed to explore the town on our own in small groups.
I first explored the city center with my friends. I particularly liked Auracher Gasse with its many traditional inns, old signs and colorful houses. The street looked like something out of a fairy tale and was perfect for photos.
We then walked along the Inn and admired Kufstein Fortress from below. It is situated on a rock high above the town and looks very impressive - but we didn't go up, we just looked at it from the outside.
Later, we went to a shopping center where we strolled around and bought a few little things. We then went to a Chinese restaurant for lunch. The food was delicious and it was good to relax for a while.
In the afternoon, we all met up again at the bus and drove back together. It was a lovely day with plenty of freedom to explore Kufstein. I really enjoyed the excursion.
